What is your COVID check-in policy?
All keys are placed in the green box on the patio for express check-in. If you are going to arrive after 4:00pm, you will need to call us prior to your arrival.

What are the office hours?
Monday through Thursday office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Extended office hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
What time can I check-in/check out?
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. for the Lake Placid Club Lodges. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

What are your reservation policies?
50% deposit is due at the time of Booking.3-night minimum, $300.00/per night or $2,100.00 full week with balance due upon arrival.$250.00 Security deposit for all check -ins.$25.00 Energy Surcharge for all check-ins.No Pets allowed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. This can be made via check or credit card. We take American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Balance is due upon arrival.
Kitchen Extras
Kitchen extras are available at the office: hot tea maker, pizza pans, cookie sheets, roaster, lobster and stockpots.

All units have a full size refrigerator, electric range and oven, dishwasher and microwave.
