The Annual Thurman Fall Farm Tour is a free self-guided tour to nine farms and a quilt show. Bring along a cooler to hold the items you may not be able to resist, including picking up cuts of pork from non-GMO heritage pigs, grass-fed beef, turkeys, chickens and eggs (some certified organic, some all natural), fall vegetables, internationally-awarded goat cheeses, organic breads, jams and jellies. Expect a wide range of maple products, including traditional syrup and cream, of course, maple-glazed nuts, maple peanut brittle, maple bonbons, candy, sugar, cotton candy, and bourbon maple syrup – plenty of things to stock up on for Christmas.
