As The Wild Center website states, “there may be no more important issue facing humankind than discovering better ways to thrive with the rest of the natural world, and there may be no better place to understand that effort than in the Adirondacks.”
Located on a 115-acre site in Tupper Lake NY, The Wild Center is surrounded by the unique landscape of the Adirondacks, a region of the world housing great expanses of nature interspersed with a small number of small towns and communities. The Center’s trails, exhibits, immersion experiences, and programs explore the natural world through that lens, providing opportunities for fun, entertainment and exploration. A great destination for the whole family.
